The core feature of the design is a triangle as a unique and statically very solid structure. In every other floor the triangular shape floor plan is skewed in its peaks. Connecting together all peaks of the floor slabs, multiple triangular surface is created. The significant shape of corners creates major verticals of the lookout – resembling the chess piece. Two-arm staircase winds along the circumference of the plan until the last floor. The very top viewing platform is accessible by spiral staircase. This allows free movement around the top platform and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
